I know that this paragraph has to persuade people to vote for me to carry the Olympic torch for P.6. However we have also been told to tell the truth and the truth is that I really do not want to carry the torch. I am sure that the people who are voted to carry the torch will feel pleased and excited to be chosen.

I should be torch bearer because my school backround incloudes all these things. I love sport so much that in at least eight years I'm hopping to enter the olympics for fencing. It would be an houner to be the torch bearer for the school.I would not argue if someone else got to do it, I would'nt laugh at the people that didn't get it if I got it. I always try to produce work of a high standard and have had many pieces of work displayed on the "Well Done" board. I enjoy regularly playing football and golf. I train in Taekwon-do as well as cycling and swimming with my parents. Finally, by taking part in Eco Warriors, News Club, school plays, monitoring and helping visitors to the school I have shown myself to be helpful, supportive, willing and trustworthy. I am sure I would make an excellent torch bearer.
