Queen Victoria ruled when she was only 18 on June 20,1837. Her coronation was 1 year later ,on the 28 June 1838.Albert her husband died at the young age of 42 in 1861,so she wore black the rest of her life.She had 9 children and died on 22 January,1901 at Osborne house on the Isle of Wight. She died of the age of 81.She is buried in a Frogmore, Windsor.Her eldest son , Albert Edward,prince of Wales became King Edward VII.
